Job Description:

** SAP SuccessFactors HCM Expert **

**Contract Duration: ** 6 Months (Immediate start).

**Shift Timings: ** EST (~ 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST) should be flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Adopt the latest in HR innovation with SAP SuccessFactors HCM (Human Capital Management)
  • Other Module(s) (one or multiple modules) hands-on will be an added advantage viz.

Employee Central (EC),

Recruiting Management (RCM),

Recruitment Marketing (RMK),

Onboarding 2.0 (Onb 2.0),

Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Business performance management (BPM)

Learning management

Succession and Development

  • Data analysis – Should be very strong in spotting anomalies and correct them on the spot, analyze the data, and communicate findings with HR
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Analytical and an Independent Thinker (This is more of an IC Role)
  • Data Audits
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the HR team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to the HR team
  • Stay vigilant for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the company
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for selected projects and workstreams
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements
  • Convert application enhancement features into smaller user stories
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
  • Complete implementation of enhancements/integrations in applications
  • Provide trainings and demos of products, processes or integrations
  • Partner closely with the HR department for system functionality and maintenance
  • Becoming employee-facing when deemed necessary
  • Utilize formal ticketing system to complete work and providing required updates to properly service and follow-up with employees
  • Adhere to service level agreements for ticketing system
  • Attend ongoing trainings as assigned by department management
  • Data management to include: discovery, analysis, audit, validation, entry, correction
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SAP HR, HCM, Data Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • A degree or certificate in Human Resources and/or SuccessFactors
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior presentation and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Min 3 to 4 years experience with Success Factors (SF)
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of basic office technology
